簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：包括但不僅限于33條農(nóng)村公路的路基、路面、橋梁、防護(hù)工程、雨水排水設(shè)施等土建工程以及道路標(biāo)志標(biāo)線、防沖護(hù)欄、禁入柵等附屬設(shè)施的清掃保潔，經(jīng)常性保養(yǎng)和修補(bǔ)其輕微損壞部分的作業(yè)等，實(shí)現(xiàn)管養(yǎng)路段各類設(shè)施安全良好、規(guī)范齊全、通（運(yùn)）行狀況良好。具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief Specification Description: This includes but is not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the roadbed, pavement, bridges, protective engineering, rainwater drainage facilities, and other civil engineering works of 33 rural roads, as well as the cleaning and upkeep of road signs and markings, anti-collision guardrails, no entry barriers, and other ancillary facilities. Regular maintenance and repair of minor damaged parts are also carried out to ensure that all facilities in the maintenance section are safe, standardized, complete, and in good operating condition. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii) If the unit leader is the same person or if there is a direct controlling or management relationship between different suppliers, they shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
