(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠；（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1.未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2.須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3.本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonest executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
